In late 2022 we had the opportunity to branch out to Naples, Florida. After the cleanup and reconstruction from damage due to hurricane Ian we fell in love with the area and decided to make Naples our winter home. PremoCon Group, Inc is a real estate development company buying lots for new construction homes to be listed on the market. We also fix and flips homes from Naples to Cape Coral.

Naples is expanding development inland and giving residents and snowbirds the opportunity to build reasonably priced homes in the free state of Florida. If you like to be further away from the city with a larger piece of land, Golden Gate estates is for you. This sprawling development features 1-3 acre lots with no HOA restrictions. Nearby Picayune State Park has horseback riding, hunting, etc.
